I was abosultely horrified to find that the aircon was off ! Not to mention, the towels were old and smelled so bad it was almost comical. Ridiculous! I was almost ready to give a glowing review, but where's my complimentary cappuccino for all this trouble? It feels like nobody cares here!

Hotel was quaint little and stylish, we enjoyed this place.

Everything was really good, absolutely perfect location close to train station and the historic and very charming metro line and the Heros' Square, patient staff. Our breakfast was enormous with muesli with yoghurt and muesli, as for instance.

All fine, but breakfast choices could improve.

Very tasteful room furnishings, everything you need for a comfortable single room. Quiet location near subway, Heldenplatz and Szechenyi bath. Very good price-performance ratio, also the limousine service to the airport.

The furnishings of the restaurant (only visited for breakfast) somewhat "cheaply" furnished. The staff at breakfast could be better trained (they would like to clear the whole table including full cups if you went to the buffet a second time).

Amazing location with parking on-site.

The staff provided thoughtful touches, such as giving me a tote bag and towel for my visit to the thermal baths, made my outing much more convenient.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. I experienced delays in receiving fresh towels and there were days when the room wasn't cleaned at all.

The location is ok.

The breakfast with mostly canned fruit is for 18 € per person is a cheek, overall the price/performance ratio is not right at all. A hotel of this quality should not cost more than 100 €/night.

An elegant stay with minor flaws

Nestled along a tree-lined avenue, the hotel offers easy access to Heroes' Square and the bustling city. The spacious rooms provide a serene escape with a good breakfast buffet with local Hungarian delicacies.

Our experience was marred by the overheated room condition which was uncomfortable. One of the reception staff's dismissive attitude during our inquiry about the heating raised concerns about service efficiency.

There was a great breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. We also had air conditioning.

Breakfast staff relatively poor knowledge of English.

Good location near subway, very quiet room although the main road is close.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for sipping coffee on the balcony ☕. But, parking can be a hassle since it gets overcrowded quickly.

The location was great, in 2 minutes to the subway and thus in 6 minutes in the middle of the center!
